Many years ago, in the midst of incredible difficulty, yoga therapy found me, dramatically helping to calm my racing thoughts, ease my aching body, and heal my hungry heart.
Instead of endlessly chasing my worth externally, yoga helped me to rest in my INNATE worthiness, giving me the embodied tools to love and care for myself exactly as I am.
The more I practiced, the more comfortable I became with my body, myself, and my life. Everything that was broken started to work again, and I moved from a life of dis-ease to radical self-love, inner peace, and acceptance.
